G+_Zoom Cool
Moto X in Canada is still running 4.2.2. When I talk to Fido (my service provider) they said Motorola has not released any update to them. If you are in Canada I would wait until you know Moto X will be updated. This is why Apple rules! Motorola and Canadian carrier should be a shamed.?

G+_Zoom Cool
Rooting might be the only way.

G+_Kevin Phillips
So has the phone you bought suddenly stopped working because there is a new software update that you haven't received yet.
G+_Zoom Cool
Motorola are updating their apps which some of the new features only support 4.3 or higher. So none of those features work on 4.2.2. It's a very new phone and seem support there's no support.
G+_Dan Beaird
Why would they update their apps to work on an OS that isn't on any of their phones? Sounds fishy to me. Someone has been drinking the coolaid again.
G+_Zoom Cool
I think if not all but many of the US carries has update the phone to KitKat. Key is Canadian carries has not done so. Rooting and run custom rom is always a option but on a phone this new is what bugs me.
G+_Dale Dubnyk
I agree it's absolutely ridiculous that Canadian carriers aren't updating it to KitKat when it's supposed to have it. The carriers here are a bunch of retards.
