G+_Adam Olivero
Gina Trapani Jason Howell Bryan Burnett I just watched AAA from this past week. Great discussion! I don't think there is a bug in Lux or Twilight or any other app that draws over the install or uninstall screens for third party apps. I look at it as more of a security feature since in theory that app could be drawing a install button over something else. Either way like you said all you need to do is temporarily disable the app (Lux or Twilight or any other app thats drawing over that button, Facebook Messenger will cause this too.) and it will work. BTW Twilight, at the sacrifice of some battery, will monitor for these events and disable itself (Its an experimental feature). Also this happens on superuser request screens and uninstall app screens too. At least on my Cyanogenmod 11 M11 Rom.
G+_Jason Fleisher
Also, Lux has a list of app that it will automatically disable for, and one of those it the installer. It is there for that exact purpose- that overlays are not allowed to pass through a click to the install button.
