G+_Marlon Thompson
Jason Howell some perspective on the Android numbers. as I mentioned in a post last week the number Android had to beat at the 4 month mark was 2.9% which was ICS (kit Kat was 2.5% at the 4 month mark) this month Lollipop doubled last months 1.6% to 3.3%. I welcome anyone to correct my maths but if we take the much bandied about figure of 1 billion android handsets that means over 16 million phones were updated to lollipop in the last 28 days Originally shared by Android Central The March numbers for Android version distribution are out today, and Android 5.0 Lollipop saw a slight bump to 3.3 percent device coverage compared to 1.6 percent when it first landed on the chart last month. #android http://www.androidcentral.com/android-50-lollipop-now-33-percent-devices
