Having USB-C is a silly requirement, especially when there are barely any motherboards coming out with USB C native ports.  Also why are you plugging your phone into your computer so much?

IR and NFC are already on my 2013 phone, shouldn't be hard to put in (especially the NFC).  I don't personally use the IR often but I use NFC regularly.

Fingerprint reader is based on whether there will be a central Android standard for it otherwise it's going to be prone to the weird implementations of what each manufacturer thinks it should be without checking for security.

Wireless charging is a luxury, quick charging is a requirement.  Wireless charging only becomes important if it is standardised for all devices such that you could walk into a hotel room and expect to find a wireless charger for all your gadgets.
