G+_Michael A
I'm thinking of switching to Dish instead of cable... Thoughts? Suggestions? Opinions? I ask here because I would trust you all more than the "public" post. Thanks.
G+_Greg Mcverry
If you are a sports fan I would stay away. Dish refuses to carry regional sports networks.

G+_Michael Olsen
If you want to go satellite, go DirecTV. Or throw an antenna on your roof and dump cable all together.
G+_Bryan Lucas
Go with DirecTV if you want to pay too much. The Hopper on Dish is the best thing out there.?
G+_Jeff Wheatley
We cut the cord (and satellites too) and dropped dish in favor of a Tablo over the air dvr paired with netflix. Only thing we miss is national news channels (fox/cnn). Also no nat'l sports a la espn if thats important to you. Otherwise we're very happy saving about $60 a month from where we were before. G+_Jonathan Brown
I agree with Jeff Wheatley, we cut the cable last year and have not looked back. We are saving about $70+ a month after Hulu and Amazon Prime.
