G+_David Martinez Posted December 9, 2016 Share Posted December 9, 2016 Does anyone know if Google Assistant can recognize text in an image or through the camera so that I can copy it, such as with Google Now on Tap's image text selection?? UPDATE: just got off a chat with Google support and was informed that this capability is not available with Assistant, and it was suggested that there are apps in the play store that can do this function and when I asked for recommendations the rep said they do not have that kind of info and to check reviews and ratings.
