Aviate Revealing User Data

 

I don't see anything that I didn't expect to see as far as payload to Aviate goes, but that's probably because I have a general idea of what it should take to make these services work. Most people probably won't.

 

Seems like a dose of encryption could solve the problem. (It's magic!)

 

Encrypt both the communication between the app and the Aviate servers as well as the data stored on the servers so that the only endpoints have access to the information.

 

Of course that adds complexity, but it's the right thing to do. Curious to see how they address this.
