G+_LEAF2ZERO
The Galaxy Note 4 was the first handset I brought on the actual day of release and will be the last Samsung I am likely to buy. The reason is that the phone restarts randomly throughout the day. I spoke with Samsung Support and the best they could offer was to ship the phone to them and once received they would send me a replacement within 14 days!. 14 DAYS!!...that's the best you can offer. You sell me a faulty handset and I have to wait up to 14 days. Sorry Samsung Mobile USA?? but you lost a loyal customer this month. Goodbye Samsung (Once I get my refund) and hello Nexus 6!!? No apology, no offer of compensation and when I told the mindless moron on the end of the phone I would take a refund and buy a nexus he said "oh well", oh f**king well from the largest Cell phone provider in the world!! G+_Ironzey Lewis
Take it easy on the "mindless moron". He's just doing his job.
G+_Kyle Tuck
Ummm... Nexus experience won't be any different. Don't get me started on my experience with the Nexus 7. Sad to say, but best support experience I've had on a mobile device was my wife's iPod.
G+_Chris McIntosh
That wait time is terrible. I've had no problems with my note 4. Over a day battery life and runs smooth. I know with Sprint whenever I had a phone replaced it was usually next 1-2 business days. Good luck on getting back to normal.
