G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
App Recommendation Request For years I am using RunKeeper to track my running efforts. It has its downsides, but overall I am happy with it. To increase my speed, I'd like to do some interval trainings. And of course I'd like to use a app supporting me when running. Browsing the play store, I couldn't find anything that meets my requirements: * I can setup an interval training like this 1) Warm-Up: 10 minuts running at 5:00 min/km 2) 10 intervals, each: 2a) 400m (tracked via GPS) at 4:20 min/km 2b) 3 minutes at 5:30 min/km 3) Cool-Down: 10 minutes running at 5:00 min/km * I'm getting audio cues about when the next interval is starting, maybe also if I need to run faster or slower ... That's basically it. Any ideas?!

G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
not much, I fear. Do I need to write that app myself?!
G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
It turns out that RunKeeper itself is able to do that! Not sure about the audio cues yet, but at least the intervals mixed by time and distance are possible. Nice!
G+_Andreas Ebbert-Karroum
Used it today and it worked nicely. The audio cues announce the next interval, but since you cannot configure a target pace (only fast, medium, slow) you don't get any hints if you should run faster or slower. Anyway, it's 90% of what I wanted. Nice job
