I'm moving from one Android phone to a new one. They are both running Kit Kat. Even though I use Google for all my contacts, my old phone has contacts on it that didn't make it to my new phone.

Are there any apps to get all my contact to Google Drive and let me restore them on my new phone?

You can export contacts under the settings within the contact app to a computer then from there import them back the same wayto your new phone. I had to do that from my wife's droid to s5. If you are not sure exactly how I mean you can google "export contacts to my new phone in android". Hope that helps for you

Your contacts should also be saved on Google, go to People or Contacts, whatever you have (I have stock so mine may be a little different) from there go to where you'd get Settings, on mine (stock) is 3 little dots on the bottom right, however you'd get to settings on yours, go to it, you should see something that says "Contacts to display" or something along those lines, tap that, and select Google

which phone did you have? check that you are using the same primary Google account for your phone, go into your contacts and you should be able to Merge with Google in the menu. Make sure all contacts have a blue G icon displayed.

That's what I was thinking... My contacts are saved and should be on my new phone... But some are missing. I'm moving from a OnePlus One to a Huawei Ascend 7

This suggestion may be obvious, but when saving your contacts you might not have ensured that the default contacts group was Google to save to. I've seen this on my own phone and corrected accordingly. I'm running cloudy stock ROM on a LG G2. Hope that helps.
