On my Galaxy S3 the LAS button makes up for the need to long press the hardware home button to get the recent list. The hardware button is very clunky compared to app switching on my N7. As for Better Open With, not a fan. Having to set it as the default action for everything before it would work was annoying, and then it misidentified web downloads as all needing a browser despite the file types.
