So you are low on money and you don't mind ads? Here comes the solution in the form of a lock screen called Locket!

 

The first thing that you do on your device is unlock it, so why not put ads there! That is the idea behind Locket, and it is as simple as that. You open the application for the first time and it will walk you through how it works.

 

After you sign up, it will show a screen that you can see your balance, cash out, or share a referral link. Referring a friend will get you a whole dollar.

 

It then suggests that you try it out for the first time by turning off the screen and back on.

 

You will now see the Locket lock screen with a beautiful image or ad. Like the stock Android lock screen, slide to the right to unlock the phone. However they also add a slide to the left to open the action associated with the ad. No matter if you open the ad or not, you still get paid! You get 1 cent for each unlock at a maximum of 3 times a hour.

 

If you do the math, You can earn about $200 a year! While it isn't that much, it is still nice that you get some extra money that you wouldn't have to begin with!

 

So is this a download, I say yes unless you have a lock on your lock screen as they currently don't have security options.

I use Locket on CyanogenMod with the security PIN enabled. It works fine for me.

 

I swipe the Locket slider which then prompts me for my PIN. If it didn't work this way, I wouldn't use it.

It might not be spamming, but you are purposefully failing to mention that you'll receive a dollar every time someone clicks and installs locket from the link you have supplied. A completely unbiased review would link directly to Lockets Play Store page ;-)

This is the same thing you said the other day to me when I pointed out it was around $200 in a year, doing it 18 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

So IF you are that bad off in life, I still contend that you get off the internet, and get a part time job and not promote this.

Walk around town picking up change and aluminum cans 18 hours a day will make more money than this in about a week.

IF you are incapable of that, and $200 per YEAR is still your dream for doing something EACH AND EVERY DAY 18 HOURS A DAY.... Then I believe that there are bigger problems than we can solve here. Good luck promoting this and your new 3¢/hr job.
