G+_Brandon Giesing / CosiC
Locket Review So you are low on money and you don't mind ads? Here comes the solution in the form of a lock screen called Locket. The first thing that you do on your device is unlock it, so why not put ads there! That is the idea behind Locket, and it is as simple as that. You open the application for the first time and it will walk you through how it works. After you sign up, it will show a screen that you can see your balance, cash out, or share a referral link. Referring a friend will get you a whole dollar. It then suggests that you try it out for the first time by turning off the screen and back on. You will now see the Locket lock screen with a beautiful image or ad. Like the stock Android lock screen, slide to the right to unlock the phone. However they also add a slide to the left to open the action associated with the ad. No matter if you open the ad or not, you still get paid! You get 1 cent for each new ad you see per day. You may only see 20 ads a day while they are working on adding new ads. While it isn't that much, it is still nice that you get some extra money that you wouldn't have to begin with! The cash out amount is $10 and I have already received my first $10. So is this a download, I say yes unless you have a lock on your lock screen as they currently don't have security options.
