G+_Kenny “KitkatRai” Rouss
Interesting rumor... what would you all think of this? Would HTC built Nexus' interest you? Put you off or maybe pull you in? G+_James Chao
It does remind me of the rumor where Google was said to take more control over Nexus phones, and I'm wondering if that'd characterize their relationship here...basically Google letting HTC build Nexus phones and HTC letting Google have a much bigger say than the typical OEM over features, etc.

G+_Yodi Collins
Kenny R. my first ever smartphone was an HTC Radar, a Windows 7 Phone. The problem wasn't the mobile OS (I use a Windows 8 Phone now). The device was bulky, had crappy resolution and horrible speakers. I still own it, since it has a decent camera (and isn't sellable on any website). But the experience was enough to get me to shy away from HTC devices going forward.

G+_James Chao
Yodi Collins Maybe if Google gets to set the specs then HTC would could do a good job. Their recent flagships have been pretty good quality I think?
G+_Yodi Collins
James Chao you approve of their more recent offerings?
G+_James R
In a way, I miss my Nexus ONE. I wouldn't be upset if this were true. They the Nexus ONE was good I though the M8 and M9 were decent (they could've been better, for sure).
G+_Pradyumn Vij
I would get an HTC nexus as design is in house at Google. I would love if HTC could get back to their peak of 2013, (One M7) when they were really far ahead of the competition but didn't have the marketing or advertising departments of their competitors. They went downhill from the M8 as designers and engineers were picked up by Apple and others, plus HTC management blamed their designers for poor sales. G+_James Chao
Yodi Collins haven't used them since I've only been using Nexus. But reviews seem good.

G+_Pradyumn Vij
Jeff W that exists in the Google Pixel C, people forget that it is primarily an Android tablet and not a hybrid.
