Nothing that I'm aware of can automate this process further. Unless Evernote does separate them (the above posts aren't very useful for determining this) but I can't confirm as I've never used it. Once I saw the light I transferred all my keep notes to evernote. As for transferring notes to keep I'm not sure if there's an easy way to do it so you'd end up going manual with copy and paste and/or email to.
