You can set it up for multiple accounts, and then switch between then in the settings. The con being you have to switch when you want to post under different accounts. ? But,, when they got stopped by the max users issue a couple of years ago they basically thumbed their nose at Twitter by simply released "new" apps which were basically the same thing rebranded.
