G+_Solomon Zheng
I love G+ thanks mainly to Jason Howell and Gina Trapani, who I feel really talk a lot about the awesome features that Google keeps introducing. So today I decided to go and backup a TON of old photos and this is where I'm looking for some help. After uploading a couple thousand photos, I realized that even though I uploaded them in different folders, G+ did not create new albums for my photos. When I tried to browse for these photos, it literally took forever to find them and there was no easy way to organize them. Does anyone know an easy way to create albums from existing photos that are already uploaded to G+? I cannot seem to create one from existing photos nor am I able to create albums without first sharing it. Thanks for the help!
G+_Solomon Zheng
Thanks for the tip +Your Brother, the Nerd! Actually, I did not find that button on my G+ menu at all, even with selections. But because of your tip I looked a little closer at the buttons and there's one for me labeled "copy." That actually allowed me to "copy" all the photos into a new album. It's a weird way to implement album creation. I wish they just had a create album button. Ah well, this still works. And yes, I did notice the date bar but it's still not available on iOS yet, which makes it super tough to navigate the 13,000+ photos I have uploaded. And weirdly enough, all the metadata I uploaded from before 2012 were sometimes mislabeled as far back as 1970! Crazy. Thanks for the help!
