G+_iyaz akhtar
Bill Moore Going paperless is actually intriguing to me b/c I've tried it and done a terrible job with it. I'll ponder.
G+_Bill (CryptoMoore)
iyaz akhtar part of my new years resolution was to go paperless and.. "just do it"... i started with loads of research and came up with some resources that I think are the "gold standard". Probably the best resource I found is the book "Paperless" from David Sparks . I was also able to pull great ideas from Brett Terpstra and his e-book on Evernote. Finally, another resource that I used was the blogger of www.documentsnap.com Brooks Duncan. I have embarked on this journey and now I have a great workflow in place and for the most part I am completely paperless with a few key docs. I find it really freeing feeling in this as with my system I have automated the basics using Hazel (AMAZING).. and leveraging the power of Mac makes this a "doable" undertaking. A story that I had shortly after I got this up an working was that we had to find out how much we spent for our daughters contacts last year and I was able to pull this up within maybe 30 secs.. and have the actual invoice/receipt for this. Anyway, I could go on.. if you are interested at some point i'd be happy to expand but I am sure that you have loads of ideas etc...
