G+_Bryan Spencer
With JustinTv no longer archiving live.twit.tv could you please show us how to save the livestream for archving ourselfs in a continus recording saving the output to a new file say every 500mb or 30minutes just so the file is not written forever. I looked at http://wiki.twit.tv/wiki/How_to_Record_TWiT and could not find a way to auto reconnet the stream and save the output in smaller chunks. Currently using the info from http://dctvpedia.com/How_to_Record_Dailymotion_Streams modified for the twit.tv justintv/twit stream it auto reconnects but the file just keeps on going. Any help from the Know it alls would be great. I like to watch the daily livestream timeshifted till I get home from work.
G+_Taylor Graham
I record mine manually, but you could always make a batch file that loops on a timer. Every so often you could just have it stop the recording, rename the output video, then run the recording batch file again. I might actually write one this weekend. That would work nicely. Ill post my code.
