Now when I stream video I use some ffmpeg with a USB capture device/tuner from my Debian machine. How about a Know How on how TWiT streams it's videos to all it's sources and what type of hardware is involved?

You can stream with one box SD or HD using an external camera to something like Justin.Tv. I've streamed a cam, restreamed TV, multiple mics and files. I would like to see how they do it.

Jungle Boogie I understand what your saying, but seeing how they set the content up before pushing it to the CDN would be cool. I'm betting not a lot of end users would ever see anything like this unless given the opportunity.

well, TWiT uses the tricaster (they even had ads for it on some shows and showed it with the basement when the brickhouse opened). I think that beast can handle pretty much anything. If you hear of a nice open source DFSG-compatible application capable of doing similar please tell me.
