G+_Troy Whitaker
What kind of car is it? The dash looks almost identical to my '08 Vibe except the clock/hazard lights to the right of the vent is different. I'm also curious about charging and boot times and such. If you don't drive your car for a few days is the tablet dead when you go to drive it? Something I have always wondered about with these setups. G+_MyTmou5
It's a 05 Toyota Matrix. Right now, it charges while driving and I'm using an app called AutomateIt to put the tablet to sleep (airplane mode on, kill all apps, turn off screen in 5 seconds) & wake up( screen on, airplane mode off). I have it set so the screen is always on while charging. So far if don't drive it 16 hours, the battery drops 2%.
