G+_Hector Sotomayor
I have a WaterPump that is 7Amps to run and my car Battery died that powered it and i rather run it off my electric plug instead of a battery. Any link that can show me how to run it off our electric source instead of battery source?

G+_Joe Valasko
I need a bit more information to recommend an alternate AC powered supply. Is the pump run continuously? Is the power supply to be located outdoors or indoors? Will the new power supply be installed in a dry or wet location? Will the new power supply be in a temperature controlled space or will be be subject to cold temperature or high humidity? Is the pump located outdoors or indoors? Is AC Power available nearby in the form of a power outlet or is permanent AC power needed to be installed to provide an AC Outlet? If using an AC Power supply Outlet is it grounded? Since you are pumping water you likely need a least a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlet if not more depending on the local electrical code. Will the AC Power supply operate on an extension cord? All things considered I would suggest that the power supply be rated for at least 12 volt at 10 Amps continuous load. It might need to be rated higher if the pump has a high start current to avoid overloading or overheating the power supply. Lots to consider but if you are going to be working with 120VAC power safety is an important consideration.
G+_Ben Reese
This power supply says it will do 12v 30a eTopxizu 12v 30a Dc Universal Regulated Switching Power Supply 360w for CCTV, Radio, Computer Project https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D7CWSCG/ This one claims 12v 10a FAVOLCANO AC 100-240V to DC 12V 10A Converter Adapter Power supply LED Driver Transformer 10A 120W Adapter, 12 Volt 10 Amp for 3528 5050 SMD LED Lamp Light Strip https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0111A92BK/ Another 12v 10A LEDMO Switching Converter, AC/DC Power Supply Adapter Transformer for LED Strip Lights, AC 100V/240V to DC 12V 10A 120W LED Strip Light Power Supply Switching Mode Converter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01E6RMASC/ Before ordering a power supply, verify whether the pump needs 7A continuous, or just at startup. Similarly, verify the power supply you order will supply the continuous amperage you need and the rating isn't only for a max burst current. G+_Hector Sotomayor
The pump will only be used when we turn on the water which is maybe once or twice a day, located inside of my food trailer so technically outside but protected from the weather used to pump out fresh water into the sink. Yes I do have a power source right next to it available without any extensionneeded
G+_Joe Valasko
Is it correct to say that your food trailer has a power cord that you use to provide power or do you have some other form of power generation, such as an inverter or propane driven electric generator? Would the existing AC Power have sufficient capacity to operate when other AC Power loads are operating (such as lights, heating equipment, cooking equipment, or refrigerator?) G+_Joe Valasko
I would suggest the second power supply that Ben Reese suggested. I would choose that power supply over the other two suggested units because it is fully enclosed and less likely to create a hazard if it accidentally got splashed with water. amazon.com - Amazon.com: FAVOLCANO AC 100-240V to DC 12V 10A Converter Adapter Power supply LED Driver Transformer 10A 120W Adapter, 12 Volt 10 Amp for 3528 5050 SMD LED Lamp Light Strip: Home Audio & Theater Good luck with your project.
