G+_Bryce Campbell
I am looking for a solution to my problem... I know some people that only source of reliable internet is cellular with a booster. We are trying to figure out a way to come up with a solution that would monitor bandwidth on a per device usage. Which could then be figured out who is using the most data. I have a dd-wrt router, but the current bandwidth monitor is just overall usage. Does anyhow have a solution to our issue? G+_Joshua Hamlett
In Windows 8 and later, you can set a wireless connection as metered and then it will start counting.

G+_E. Matt Armstrong
You may also consider setting up squid as a proxy server. I cut my bandwidth usage by about a third using an old PC as a proxy server.
