How can I make this work using these fans with this cellphone battery backup so that I don't get to hot wearing this helmet

The fans are 12v so won't run full speed off a 5v USB - but that might be ok. An old USB cable with the end cut off should hook up just fine to the fans.

Step up converter Wayne Hobbins? linked to is exactly what you want. Run time will be about 6 hours with both fans on.

It won't let me add a photo. :( But I've had the fan's running at about 50% and I have only used 17% of the battery.  No more AA battery's. :)
