G+_Wolf 68k
So much for the vetting process to keep out the spam accounts.
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
They slip through occasionally, but they're always banned after their first spam.
G+_Gene Hill
It's impossible to know that an account will send spam messages. There would be a lot less people here if they had to jump through hoops for an in-depth vetting process. I bet there are hundreds of accounts per week that request access.. but they're kept out. G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Yup... just take a look at other G+ communities. Most are overrun with spam. Here, they might slip through, but they don't last for but a while before they're reported, removed and banned.
G+_Rickbearcat
I think that our community does a great job of spotting these accounts and flagging them as spam. As long as we are on top of it, this forum will remain pure in its design and philosophy.
G+_Alex Gomez
Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ I love your work in Know how. Drones episodes were my favorite. I was wondering if there is an easier way to search for specific episodes based on content? keep up the great work.
G+_Rud Dog
Great job Padre the other communities are having members drop like flies due to the spam.
G+_Jason Brown
Seems like a pretty even handed vetting process to me. At some point you have to accept a reasonable security/convenience balance.
G+_Wolf 68k
I'm not trying to start any trouble or anything and I know how much of a task it can be (I've been there) and you can't background check everyone. It's just that this particular one (BUSINESS OWNERS GUIDE) seems kind of obvious, one that I would have questioned.
