G+_Marlon Thompson
I know $10 and a 3.6 gb download seems high but trust me this game is a freaking sweet experience for those who are into gaming on their devices. Originally shared by Android Central Strategy gamers will be happy to hear that the highly acclaimed XCOM: Enemy Unknown, is now available on Android for $9.99. This title has seen a ton of critical success on PC and iOS already, and based on early reviews, looks like it's well-optimized for Android. http://www.androidcentral.com/x-com-enemy-unknown-now-available-google-play
G+_Damian Dalle Nogare
How is it on, say, a nexus 5 screen? Playable, or is it something that you'll really want a tablet for?
G+_Marlon Thompson
I may put it on my nexus 5 later, but i have heard its ok.
G+_Marlon Thompson
Damian Dalle Nogare its very playable on the nexus 5, the font is a bit small which isn't a problem for me since I know the game. I would advise you check out videos of the game before you purchase so you know what you are getting into, but to finish the game is going to take you upwards of 25 -30 hours so you are getting a lot of content. Oh and of course it is so graphic intensive your battery is going to take a hit.
G+_Damian Dalle Nogare
Thanks Marlon. Think I'll pick it up. Disturbingly, I'm old enough to remember the original game. Also, I figure that if we want top tier games ported to Android, we should be willing to fork over some cash when it happens.
