G+_Timothy Hamlett
Yet another geeky idea to use your old smartphone https://www.unifiedremote.com/
G+_Ben Reese
One of my favorite apps! The paid version adds more awesomeness too. As boring as PowerPoint is, the advanced PowerPoint remote adds previews and still controls PowerPoint even if another program has the focus. G+_Ben Reese
Nice. Interesting that people are in arms when Google does this with their street view cars, but when a community does it nobody seems to care. Or maybe the media just doesn't know it happens so they don't make a fuss.
G+_Eddie Foy
No, Google was saving actual packets, not just finding APs. Kinda a huge difference. Its like finding mailboxes vs reading the mail inside them.

G+_Eddie Foy
That is what the outrage was about. It was a 'mistake' by the developer that 'accidentally' left that 'feature' in. If you want to search for it, I'd suggest Bing, since its probably been 'google-washed'
