G+_Marlon Thompson
Nice work Swiftkey, I had stopped using it after a wipe of my phone and was using the Google Keyboard, which is now good enough. This announcement sent me back to Swiftkey and I immediately remember why I loved it. I think the Verge is stupid in the article however to suggest that this could be a bad sign for paid apps. I think Swiftkey had to evolve as the Google Keyboard got better and they needed to find other ways to generate revenue. Also Swiftkey tech is in the Blackberry Keyboard as well as the Samsung keyboard (at least on the S4). So they have been branching out and will be launching an iOS keyboard. Its about expanding your reach. http://www.theverge.com/2014/6/11/5797446/swiftkey-for-android-is-now-free-with-paid-keyboard-themes
G+_Joseph Cappellino
Holly M. Paddock, and I never really used Swype. Also, I think I picked up Swiftkey when it was $0.25 in some sale a while back. Now, I got a $4.99 theme pack for free. That being said, I've been using the Beta for a long time, and so desperately wanted my wife to have the number row (the Beta installations would have been too much for her). Now that this is available, she should be excited.
G+_Robert Marshall
What's the link to get the free pack of themes for those that purchased the app before? I saw it in an article once before. But, cannot find it now. :-(
