G+_Rick Schrader
Have the STLs been shared for the awesome fidget spinner cradles that Fr. Robert made? I can't seem to find them and would love to print some.
G+_David Peach
A little ninja sleuthing and I found it: tinkercad.com - 3D design KH_Spinner_SimpleQuad
G+_Rick Schrader
I appreciate the sleuthing, but this appears to be his quad spinner itself. I'm actually looking for the desk cradles from Know-How episode 321. These are the things that sit on a desk to hold a spinner and still allow it to spin. G+_David Peach
You're right. I knew what you were looking for, but as soon as I found it I got excited (because it isn't posted anywhere) and forgot to see if it was what you were looking for. Alas, it is not. G+_Bryan Burnett
I'll see if I can get Padre to send me the cradle .stl ASAP! I totally forgot to post that or ask him about that.

G+_Michael Young
I posted this comment on the actual tinkercad design page also, but do you know why it prints as multiple pieces? On the show it appeared to be one solid piece. Thanks!
G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
I actually had the same question... but forgot to post it... lol... I was just going to glue the pieces together.
G+_Michael Young
I can only assume he is fast proto-typing, when I look on tinkercad it is continually being edited by Father Robert (in silence I am sure).
G+_Rick Schrader
I took a copy of it when Bryan shared it, moved the two pieces together and grouped them in Tinkercad, then exported the STL and printed it. It came out alright. If you're not sure how to do that, I can post the link to my merged copy later.
G+_Michael Young
I re-watched the episode, and it appears he may have just moved the side supports while working on it. I am going to move them back in via tinkercad and try and re-print. I will report back!
G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
Rick Schrader Yea, if you don't mind throwing it up on Thingiverse when you can that would be cool...
G+_Rick Schrader
Ken Jancef I'm not sure how I feel about posting the STL on Thingiverse without express permission from Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ. However, here's the link to the grouped copy on Tinkercad: tinkercad.com - 3D design Spinner_Holder2 (from Know How) You should be able to click Download for 3D Printing to get the STL. I will say that the holder section on this version is spaced a bit far apart for the store-bought spinners to fit perfectly. I'm still tweaking to get a good fit for those. I know the intent of this design was to cradle the 3D-printed ones, though.
G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
Rick Schrader No worries, I totally understand. Thanks for posting what you have... ? I sorta figured there'd be an issue with store-bought spinners, as the center looks a bit smaller than the brass center piece Padre uses...
