G+_Kraig Boone
Hi guys, anyone know how I can get the new Google Wallet working on my Nexus 5 in the UK? Thanks!
G+_Jean-François Phillips
I'd like to know that too, but for the Nexus 4.
G+_David Foster
Google wallet doesn’t work in the UK unless you sideload the app. I hope they release the official app soon
G+_Jonathan Scruggs
You need to set your home address to a US place. That's what the one from the play store told me when I installed it. It does mean loosing stats about your locations though.
G+_Karl Gaudian
You have to have a US Carrier sim or I remember reading about a root method but can't remember where (My guess would be over on XDA)
G+_Jean-François Phillips
Jonathan Scruggs just to install it or all the time?
G+_Ben Beckford
I sideloaded but it still says I have to change the home location to the US. I just want to emulate my NFC credit/debit cards!
G+_Jonathan Scruggs
Jean-François Phillips all the time. You can have any address to install it. I have a Sim unlocked phone so I think it works differently than Sim locked ones. I think the app looks at the lock more than the Sim. You just need a US card and address to use it.
