If you have a hybrid drive, there isn't much to configure. A hybrid drive runs more like a conventional hard drive than a SSD. It's like a spinning hard drive with a really big cache that's non-volatile.

The fact that it doesn't need any special configuration is a blessing. This makes hybrid drivers great for older systems (XP or older MACs) that cannot support TRIM. TRIM is needed for long term SSD reliability and life span.
