G+_Alex Hulinsky
Hey guys, my sister has a Nokia Luma 635 that won't turn on. I tried plugging it in and out, took out the sim card, and the battery. The only thing it does it vibrates about every 2 minutes, and the third time it does that it vibrates twice. I tried holding various buttons down for 30 seconds and no luck. I couldn't find anything with a Google search so I will ask you guys. Thanks in advance. G+_Jason Marsh
My initial thought is a stuck button, but if the behavior is different when plugged in, maybe not. Does it do anything differently when it's plugged in and you try to turn the phone on/off/reset/etc...?
G+_Roy Gangle
Also normally people have insurance on their mobile phones. Therefore they can take it to there carrier and they will fix it for free
G+_Alex Hulinsky
Ya I tried the Windows Phone Recovery tool. When I plugged it into the computer, the computer kept making the plugged in and unplugged sounds. I filed a claim under the warranty. I kinda think it might be a stuck button but I'm not sure how to fix that. Thanks for all your ideas!
