Having multiple computers around here, I really like the tools in the "secret" Start menu from the right click on Windows 10. Originally disappointed that in one of the recent upgrades they switched going directly to "Programs and Features" to going to Apps & features in the settings where there is then a link to P&F - annoying, but tolerable.

 

Well I just discovered that this was only in my W10 Pro machines. I also have a few W10 Home machines and just found out that the link to P&F is not in the Apps & features screen on that version. You also cannot search for it from the Start button. The only way I've found to get to it now on Home machines is to either navigate through the Control Panel or run "appwiz.cpl" - so either about 5 steps to get through CP, or try to remember the "not so obvious" file name each time to run it, not fun.

 

So aside from creating a shortcut, anybody know a registry hack to put it back? I'd just be happy to force it to show up again in a Start button search, because that's how used to do it for a quite a while before it became more convenient by being on the secret windows menu.
