G+_Joe C. Hecht
Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ I say YES to getting business class internet. Both COX and Comcast has provided our company with business class internet. The Cost? $10 more. What do you get? No throttling... No Bandwidth limits... A static IP... The ability to run any kind of server you want, no problem... All the email addresses you want... Priority technical support... And, when there is a problem on the lines, they fix yours first. That counts a lot when you are living in areas with hurricanes, lightning, and major snowdrifts. Our Florida "SwampWërks" is on top of the 2nd highest spot in Florida (and is the 2nd most lighting struck place on earth), and our Colorado offices receive the 7th snowist place on the planet, where we sometimes receive as much as 96 inches of snow in as little as 8 hours. In both spots, our neighbors reap great benefits because our business class service ensures our lines get fixed with priority. So, if you get tired of watching your internet speed drop toward the end of your billing cycle because you get throttled, just spend the ten bucks to jump to the front of the line (I recommend VIP service when booking cruises as well - there is nothing better than walking past a mile long line of 3500 people, and just walking on to the ship). So in short, I say YES to business class internet, and I have not looked back ever since. Just my two peso's, TJoe - Code4Sale, LLC
