G+_Martin Roitman
Hi, I need help with the phone service. Google is not longer supporting the OBi devices effective on May 15, 2014. I live abroad (Argentina) but I have two google voice US line that I use for work. Now I use the OBi202 with a regular two line phone connected to it. Can someone give me any other alternative to this device so I can continue using the google voice this way? Thanks!! Martin R.

G+_Martin Roitman
Thanks Vincent & Marcelo, I use GV because is free and let's me sync with all my devices. I can get phone call and text via app on my iPhone and also make call through the hangout app. The problem is that I have regular phone that is much easier to use for my wife than all the app combination. Until now, I have been using the OBI 202 with very good results. I guess that I will need to tell my wife that she will need to use the computer and iPhone to communicate. Marcelo, I think that the internet policies in Brazil maybe the problem. I have half of my house connected to a VPN trough a router. I'm not using DD-WRT just a regular netgear router. You can try that in order to use the GV. I'm using Strong VPN, ProXpn also works good. Let me know if you need help with that. Martin.
G+_Ryan Gard
If you're using it for incoming calls only, you could always source a provider to give you a local US number - CallCentric provides New York numbers at no cost - Especially to those outside of North America who don't fall into the required E911 fees. As for outbound calling, you may have to source a paid provider for your calls. That being said, VoIP outbound is relatively inexpensive these days, and you can generally pick up ~100 for $1 USD on a PPU rate.
