G+_Ken H
I'm really loving the new update to Google Maps that everyone is talking about today. My favorite feature of this update that I don't recall any of the sites talking about today is this box that pops up when you are at intersections that you can take multiple routes to get to your destination. I took this screenshot when I was stopped at a red light waiting to turn right and saw this box show up for the time it would take to get home if I went straight instead. One thing I noticed later at another stoplight was that these boxes are clickable too so you can switch to the other route. Little does Google know... now I have a new game when I'm at long boring red lights. If this box says "Same ETA" then I click it just to see if the miles to my destination are shorter and take that route instead (unless of course I'm way over in a lane that make that impossible). Now if only they'd add the feature to reroute me to stay away from all the loud Harley Davidson bikes that they have out here in Milwaukee. G+_John Nooncaster
Is that indicating multiple routes or lanes? Such as -- right lane and turn right...
