G+_Carlos Corcuera
Got my Galaxy Note 2 about 2 weeks ago and..... LOVE IT! I thought the stylus was not going to be very useful but I was completely wrong. I'm really enjoying the 5.5" screen.

G+_Cipta Yama Tusanda
How they sell in the US? With plans?
G+_Brad P Sr
Yama Tusanda you can buy one outright or at a discounted price from a carrier, but you are locked into a two year contract.
G+_Carlos Corcuera
$300 with contract (16gb), I think more than $600 without contract
G+_Stuart Whitfield
Super jealous, this is the phone I want to replace my S2 with. How do you find the size?
G+_Carlos Corcuera
Using one handed is a challenge, but two hands is better and many times useful as any other phone but with more screen real state
G+_Cipta Yama Tusanda
Carlos Corcuera & Brad P Sr : in Indonesia, buying with contracts is not common and carrier doesn't have too many offer. We usually just buy the device. For Gal Note II, it's around US$750 here :)
G+_Carlos Corcuera
Wow, I'm sure that will hurt the sales of the note 2 in Indonesia. Are the phones not kept for long periods of time, or is the price of a phone with contract not low enough?
G+_Cipta Yama Tusanda
It's not a common business practice here for vendor to sell their smartphones through carrier (with plans). Do you know how much is iPhone 5 here? It's around US$1,000 - US$1,200 (16GB - 64GB)
G+_Carlos Corcuera
And people still buy them... Being android fan you can guess my opinion on that :)

G+_Nick Webster
In New Zealand subsidies are offered but very few people do them, we just buy phones up front. A good phone is usually around $900 NZD. We also don't lock our phones which is kinda cool, even if you get a phone with a contract it is unlocked. G+_Carlos Corcuera
I think we're starting to see more phones selling unlocked here in the states, Google is one of them with the nexus 4. But the phone is limited to 2 carriers but it's a start.
