I'm also a newbie, but these are some things I've discovered during my recent build.

More radio channels allow you to control more things. The KK flight controller only has 5 channels, so it by itself won't benefit from more channels, but it would be worth getting an 8 channel radio of you plan to upgrade/ reuse the radio in the future.

The KK from Ready To Fly Quads doesn't come with a buzzer, so it might be worth picking one of those up while ordering. The KK has a built in battery voltage meter/alarm but it requires that you connect some leads to the PDB. (http://www.vertigo-blues.com/low-voltage-alarm-set-up-on-the-new-hobbyking-kk-2-1/)

Also look for the SkyRC from MicroMall on Amazon, they are said to sell the real deal for the charger. I opted to buy a banana to xt60(male) for the charger, rather than soldering a custom one. (T-Trees 2-Pack Of XT60 Charge Cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00X3NN5Z8/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_N5AEvbPBYZM69)

Make sure that you're ordering a motor set that has 2 CW and 2 CCW threaded nuts. My first set of motors only had 4 CCW threads, and I had to wait and order 2 more.

If you're savvy, I might suggest getting a Naze32 Acro Flight controller, it's a tad more "involved" as far as setup goes, but there are tons of help videos, and the board is touted to be more capable than the KK. And it's only about 6 or 7 bucks cheaper than the KK. I will say though, the KK's screen and buttons are really nice for adjustments out in the field.

I can't link to that charger, but search Amazon for the SkyRC IMAX B6, and click the "from other sellers", and select the one from the "MicroMall". They're New Jersey based from what I read.

The buzzer will buzz when you arm the Kk(activate the throttle control). It will also buzz when you get to a low voltage(the exact voltage can be setup in the fc.) I don't know if the Naze32 has a buzzer port, so if you go that route, this may not apply. You can always get external Voltage meters that can alert you as well. The first comment is that your list does not include enough props! ;-)

Regarding transmitter, I have not used the Fly Sky so cant comment one way or another on that. But have had the Turnigy 9XR and the Orange TX module from Hobby King for over a year now, and been very happy with it. About $75 for both the transmitter and the module. That will give you up to 8 channels, provided you have an 8 channel receiver.  I am planning on moving up to an Taranis in the future,  mostly for telemetry and voice alters, but since both radios run the same software I expect it to be a simple transition.
