G+_Quadflyingmedic
I love the naze boards. But kk2 does not need computer for setup. Just got cc3d but haven't put it on anything yet
G+_Heath Reeder
Quadflyingmedic where did you order name? G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
If it's a first-build, I HIGHLY suggest the KK. The on-unit setup allows you to tweak and learn.
G+_Heath Reeder
Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ it is fr robert, may just go that way, i assume i can switch it out at a later date when i start wanting to upgrade? also is there any other transmitter with more channels you would recomend then the one in the know how build list, limited budget, looking at the turnigy 9x
G+_Quadflyingmedic
Heath Reeder the kk2 is probobly the best beginned board for setup. Lots of tutorials and very stable code. I get mine from readyto flyquads.com but there are lots of them out there. Turnigy 9x is a good radio. I have a taranis and it is an awesome radio if you can swing it. The boards are not very difficult to swap out for a different one. Don't get hung up on gps and that stuff right away. Just learn to fly it will pay off in the long run. Any other questions will be happy to help
G+_Heath Reeder
thanks for the help, I got a good portion of the stuff ordered, went with the kk for this round, what solder should i get? or i guess what size never really done enough soldering to mention. G+_Quadflyingmedic
Heath Reeder get electronics Solder it is very thin and has a flux core. Also get a bottle of flux you can never have too much flux!!! Soldering wires is pretty stait forward. I would get an old circuit board to practice soldering on boards. Can't leave the Heat on the boards too long
