G+_610GARAGE
Have you tried synchronizing your clock?
G+_Ben Kempa
610bob Sorry, but what does that mean? My clock is at the right time.
G+_610GARAGE
Right click on clock, adjust date/time, internet time, Change settings, Update now. It could be a long shot, but if the clock is off, even a few milliseconds, it could cause issues with the certs.

G+_610GARAGE
Do any ssl sites work? If they do, then it is probably corrupted certs.
G+_Ben Kempa
610bob yeah. The only ones that don't are Facebook, and twitter. google plus occasionally gives me that message too. a simple refresh fixed that though.
G+_610GARAGE
Hit start, type "internet options" and open it, click Content tab, hit Clear SSL state. That should clear out cached ssl certs. Then try it in IE.

G+_Ben Kempa
610bob I did that when I was poking around earlier in chrome and it didn't do anything. What you're describing is in windows right?
G+_610GARAGE
Correct, it is within windows. When you were poking around in chrome, did you remove all the certs; Or just the ones from the offending websites? I ask because if you just removed the ones from the offending websites, you could have missed some 3rd party certs.
