G+_Eddie Foy
Yup ADC. But buffering and conditioning will be needed too.
G+_Joseph Webb
I've got a lot to learn I'll hopefully get a raspberry pi soon to play with before I try to install the iCarus into my car
G+_Eddie Foy
make SURE you use a breakout board with level shifting if you are interfacing the GPIOs!! The GPIO pins go straight to the CPU For your quasi OBDI, making one from an arduino, then sending the data to the Pi via serial (serial, I2C, SPI, etc) would be the route I'd go. (but I'd use a PIC over the arduino, since that's what I cut my teeth on)
