A quick search on ebay.... There are Raspberry Pis with Tor installed available. I wouldn't trust any of them. Building your own is the only way to go!

Fr. I watched that - which is why I asked. - You intimated a build of your design, with a case and a small 240x320 display - with a kernel of your design with tor built in and with a GUI NIC selection, to facilitate iptable rule creation (I ASSume), was coming.
