G+_Neil Sedlak
An option to keep in mind is to make your own Google spreadsheet with a web submission form for expenses. I went this route after being asked for bank account passwords or being pushed financial products by various apps I tried too many times.

G+_Neil Sedlak
Google spreadsheets allow you to attach a web form to any sheet. https://support.google.com/docs/answer/87809?hl=en

G+_Jonathan Scott
There's Mint which allows you to add accounts and monitor them, plus add budgets and track expenses. It also has a Web component so you can use it on a computer. There is also YNAB which is similar, but has some more advanced features, but doesn't automatically sync to any amount, it requires that you manually input transactions to keep track of things.
