Padre, Brian and community- is there any way to be able to hack a Bluetooth wireless headphone and connect to two devices at once? Or is there a product out there that can do this out of the box? I like to use my iPad to watch Netflix on the treadmill/elliptical and the iPhone in my pocket helps me keep track of my steps and plays audible alerts for my tabata workouts.

Marcelo- thank you for both ideas. They are really useful. I could not find a good multipoint headphone set on amazon in the US, but I see some in the UK store. I will check these out.

Marcelo Henrique Almeida -  Thanks for your suggestion- Finally found a great wireless multipoint bluetooth headset with awesome sound quality and seamless switching between devices- Sol Republic Wireless HD headset Price is reasonable- $199 on Amazon and has fantastic build quality- compared to the vastly overpriced competitors like Beats> It works with my iOS devices and has NFC for my Android devices as well.

Wow- that is a coincidence! Great minds think alike, I suppose:-) The sound quality is definitely better than Beats and the Sony wireless headphones. The only other headphone that comes close is my Jaybird Bluebuds which does not have the multipoint function.
