G+_Brian B
Does anyone here have any experience with Ruckus access points and BeamFlex technology? I am looking for a solution for a residential use case heavy with wifi traffic including mobile devices, security, VoIP, and IoT. Is the premium for the Ruckus device warranted for an advanced residential deployment.
G+_Travis Hershberger
Brian B There are reasons why Ruckus is more expensive, features that just won't be offered in more reasonable devices. That said, Ubiquity offers 90% of the features at a fraction of the cost. If it were my money being spent on a project like that I'd be using Ubuiquity's UAP-PRO models. The control software is free to download, so you can check it out and see if it has the features you'll need ahead of time.
G+_Brian B
The Ubiquity Pro was my initial thought, but the Ruckus interests me. I was a little shocked at the $1300 price tag for the Ruckus Zoneflex R710. Was just wondering if anyone has any great performance boosts or great experience utilizing the Ruckus equipment.
