G+_Travis Hershberger
When they came out with OS X I went from actively disliking them to accepting them. They are still to expensive for me personally, but the support they give people is 2nd to none now, which makes for great computers when a PC expert isn't around. G+_Tyler Smith
Too much money for not really any more function. And they tend to favor control over freedom.
G+_james robinson (radiati
I do not own or use any Apple devices. Only because I prefer more flexible and economical options. I still respect what Apple has done and is doing for computing. And I think anyone paying attention would as well. All the public hype is on what hardware Apple is making. But I don't think that is where they are making the most progress today.

G+_Jason Perry
Mac's are great. But they are not for me. I like the freedom to customize my os till it breaks if I want.
G+_Jonathan Schober
I have a feeling people here who don't like macs, don't understand macs. I personally like the design of OS X, but, more importantly, I like the power of the BSD/UNIX backend.
G+_Adam EL-Idrissi
i've always been interested in macs but the price was always too high in my opinion for the hardware. Saying that, the mac mini has always held my interest. I was searching the local craigslist to see if there was a cheap aka affordable mac and saw a 2006 for sale and i remembered an old friend had one. i asked her if she was selling it and long story short, she wasn't and gave it to me for free because it didn't power on. replaced the battery and hard drive and installed snow leopard and bam, working macbook. played around with it for a few weeks and then went for the look on craigslist for a mini. found a 2011 mini for $400 and for what i wanted/needed it fit the bill and i love it. for the price i haven't been able to build a comparable pc for the price being close to the mini hardware wise and size. when i get an hdtv for the living room it's going to it. i find it to be a great little pc. only complaint i have about the 2011 mini is i got it with only 4gb(upgrading soon) and usb 2.0 ports. i was excited for the new 2014 mini but....ram doesn't seem to be user upgradable and seems only one hard drive can be installed. so now im on the look out for a 2012.user upgradable ram and hdd, holds 2 hdd and has the option for a quad core cpu which is what im looking for. hopefully i can find another good deal for one. for tickles and giggles the 2012 mini will be a server with 2 1tb drives, at least 8gb ram and either thunderbold or usb 3.0 external hdd enclosure. not sure yet. G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
I don't like/dislike. Computers are tools. I use the tool that works best for me according to what I'm trying to do.
G+_Joel G. J
Personally, I am a windows person. When trying to use a Mac at an apple store, I could not (for the life of me) click on the icons with the trackpad. I have been a windows user since childhood (very late 90's, early 2000's) and always will be, although I did use Linux. Aaron Newcomb showed me commands the forums never told me to in his tutorial. I was expecting "sudo apt-get dist-update", but nudged my knowledge hole on Linux.
