G+_Ben Delano
Any of you playing Marvel's Avengers: Alliance? It's an awesome turn-based game, and remember that even the complaints I have here way outweigh the gameplay for me. The minor problem I have with it is I've found it crashes a lot on my Nexus 4. The bigger problem with it is that it was a Facebook game first, so relies heavily on social, farming "Allies" for different items, but they don't have social support on Android. Apparently the iOS version connects to Facebook, however the Android version stands alone, making finding connections very difficult. In fact, I couldn't get anywhere in the game for free until I put up a review on the Play Store and included my username so others could find me. Have any of you found "social" games like this that have failed in incorporating the social element? Have you found games that really benefit from the connecting to people you know (or don't know, because you threw your username out into the ether) and sending them daily power-ups and items to assist their gaming?
