G+_Adam EL-Idrissi
On my freenas machine I'm running into a couple issues. One is with transmission placing files in a different directory than I told it but that's easy. My biggest issue is running plex. I've tried it on my desktop and a laptop set up as a server but every time I log into plex on freenas it starts looking for files to add to the library and then all of a sudden it says plex server offline but I can still log in to freenas and make file transfers just fine. Any ideas? Also, I update owncloud and then owncloud breaks to where it can't be found or when it is I can't log in.
G+_Mikael Eidsvaag
So are you running Plex and owncloud on Freenas or is freenas just the storage?

G+_Mikael Eidsvaag
Try to check freenas’s health/monitor page. Try to see if your ram, cpu or hdd’s are maxed out when Plex crashes
