G+_Adam EL-Idrissi
Work in progress. Had to stop because I was making too big of a mess drilling holes. After every thing is mounted and it gets paint I'll attempt to interface the keyboard to the pi through an arduino. If that fails, keyrah v2. G+_David Wiggins
I'm impressed. Is this to be a self contained unit, or meant to connect to something else? If I didn't still use my typewriter/word processor, is consider a similar reconditioning. (Side note, I have that exact tv remote control!) G+_Adam EL-Idrissi
David Wiggins insignia brand ftw! The touch screen may be used. Not really planning on it but things change. As for the c64 case and keyboard for the pi I plan on using the extension cables to the back and use the finished project as essentially a ssh box. As in administer servers from it. G+_David Wiggins
I love it. At one place I frequent, they have Daisy chained kvm switches to an old Dell 15 in monitor stuffed into an empty space in the server racks for console interfaces. For ssh there is a little red laptop running scientific Linux-but the monitor is dead. You guessed it-it's connected to the kvm switch.
