Holy crap! I just saw that my question/case was featured on know how (I had a busy week and was catching up on my podcasts). That's was awesome! I haven't had a problem my props bending in the case, I always check their position before I close it. Also I really liked Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ? carry bag. Perhaps I'll get one when I need more space, 'cause the one I got is cramped but perfect for now.
